Shipping

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed, via standard shipping with tracking from Markham, Ontario, Canada.

Canadian Orders

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $65.00 before any applicable discounts and taxes.

Otherwise, we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping to addresses in Ontario, and a flat rate of $14.95 to addresses outside of Ontario. If you prefer a faster delivery, you can select your preferred delivery time during checkout.

For most destinations, the shipment will arrive 1-3 business days within Ontario, and 2-7 business days outside of Ontario, after the order has shipped. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate timelines, but note that they are estimates and subject to change based on the carrier.

US Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for US addresses. For most destinations, the shipment will arrive 3-5 business days after the order has shipped. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate timelines, but note that they are estimates and subject to change based on the carrier.

Taxes and Duties
All Canadian orders will be subject to their provincial/territorial sales tax upon checkout, based on the shipping address. US orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to provide duty estimates.

We are currently working out logistics to offer local delivery in Toronto and surrounding areas without additional shipment packaging, so watch this space!

Our apologies, but at this time we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada or the US.  We hope to have our international shipping logistics figured out very soon, so we can offer our amazing products and brands to the rest of the world!

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with the products you’ve purchased. We know you put a lot of thought into the things you buy, but sometimes you change your mind. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all items that are not considered a final sale. Item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, undamaged.

All opened, used and/or discounted items are final sale. Due to the nature of some of the products we carry, we are unable to offer refunds on every single item in the store. Products that are a final sale will say so on their product page. Discounted items are also final sale.

To request a refund, please complete the Return Request Form to get the process started. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned goods, with the exception of defective items.

Yes, as long as the shipment has not left to go on its way to you! We ship packages out within 1-3 business days after an order is placed, so let us know as soon as possible by contacting us (be sure to include your order number). We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Other Awesome Questions

We do our best to reuse boxes and packaging materials that we receive from others. We source packaging and materials that is recycled or can be recycled or composted.

Some products do arrive to us in plastic packaging, either due to Canadian regulations or to avoid damage during transit. We will never use additional plastic packaging that isn’t there in the first place.

We love discovering brands and new products, and we especially enjoy meeting and working with like-minded people that can help us bring the right products to our customers. We carefully curate all of our suppliers to ensure that they align with our values. We want our customers to love and receive the most Ample + Good selection of healthful conscious goods for their families, homes and the planet.

We personally try everything we carry, so we request that you send unreturnable samples of your products for a trial run. If we don’t decide to stock your product right away, it doesn’t mean that we won’t carry it in the future! We are happy to provide feedback, so please feel free to ask us anything.
