Updated April 14, 2021: Our carriers are affected by COVID-19, which may result in the delay of some shipments. So far, packages have been arriving within reasonable time frames compared to the usual delivery times (sometimes taking an extra 3-5 days).
Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed, via standard shipping with tracking from Bradford, Ontario, Canada.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100.00 before any applicable discounts and taxes.
Otherwise, we offer a flat rate of $11.95 for standard shipping to addresses in Ontario, and a flat rate of $16.95 to addresses outside of Ontario. If you prefer a faster delivery, you can select your preferred delivery time during checkout.
For most destinations, the shipment will arrive 1-3 business days within Ontario, and 2-7 business days outside of Ontario, after the order has shipped. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate timelines, but note that they are estimates and subject to change based on the carrier.

Taxes and DutiesAll Canadian orders will be subject to their provincial/territorial sales tax upon checkout, based on the shipping address. US orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to provide duty estimates.
Wrong addressing/Undeliverable packagesPlease ensure your shipping address is entered correctly for successful delivery! If you realize that there is a mistake in your shipping address after you’ve placed an order, please contact us right away. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will try to make amendments immediately.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. There may be a returned package fee from the courier, which will be charged back to you. If you prefer to cancel your order, your refund will be subject to the following fee(s): - Orders shipped without Free Shipping: subject to a restocking fee (25% of the total order value before taxes) - Orders shipped with Free Shipping: subject to a restocking fee (25% of the total order value before taxes) + cost of shippingThese fees will be deducted off your refund.

We offer free local deliver to addresses in Bradford, Ontario. When checking out, your shipping address will determine if you qualify for free local delivery.
Our apologies, but at this time we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada or the US. There are some items that we ship only within the province of Ontario as well.

Yes, as long as the shipment has not left to go on its way to you! We ship packages out within 1-3 business days after an order is placed, so let us know as soon as possible by contacting us (be sure to include your order number). We will do our best to accommodate your request.
We do our best to reuse boxes and packaging materials that we receive from others. We source packaging and materials that is recycled or can be recycled or composted.
Some products do arrive to us in plastic packaging, either due to Canadian regulations or to avoid damage during transit. We will never use additional plastic packaging that isn’t there in the first place, or that wasn't used in packaging shipped to us from a vendor.
We love discovering brands and new products, and we especially enjoy meeting and working with like-minded people that can help us bring the right products to our customers. We carefully curate all of our suppliers to ensure that they align with our values. We want our customers to love and receive the most Ample + Good selection of healthful conscious goods for their families, homes and the planet.
We personally try everything we carry, so we request that you send unreturnable samples of your products for a trial run.
